When undercover agent Ozi Pascal is gunned down in a cold alley, his brother Pierre is left with only one lead: a single shell casing. Pierre dives into the city's criminal core to hunt the killers. He infiltrates the Carter brothers' empire, moving through a web of lies and rival gangs.
