1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the ObejrzyjDziś portal available at obejrzyjdzis.pl (the "Service"). By using the Service, you accept the terms below.

2. Nature of the Service

The Service is informational and recommendation-based. We provide information about films and tools to help choose them (filters, quiz, recommendations). The Service does not host and does not enable playback or downloading of films — we only indicate the platforms on which a given title may be available.

3. Film data and copyright

Film information (descriptions, ratings, posters) comes from The Movie Database (TMDB) and remains the property of its respective owners. The Service uses this data in accordance with the TMDB API terms. Our own content (articles, guides, roundups) is protected by copyright and may not be copied without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and as intended. In particular, the following is prohibited:

  • actions that disrupt the operation of the Service or its infrastructure,
  • automated content scraping that places a burden on the Service,
  • using the Service's content in a way that infringes copyright.

5. Availability and liability

We make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its full accuracy — in particular, the availability of films on streaming platforms may change. The Service is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information presented. We reserve the right to temporary interruptions in the Service's operation.

6. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements provided, among others, by Google AdSense. Data processing related to advertising is described in our privacy policy.

7. Privacy

The rules for processing data and using cookies are described in a separate privacy policy.

8. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to change these terms. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change means acceptance of the new terms.
